They make a great breakfast on the go, a mid-morning snack, and taste great with that afternoon cup of coffee. My kids love them, and the variety pack ensures that you won't get tired of the same flavor. (My favorite is the chocolate brownie, and my son likes peanut butter best. It all works out.) They are relatively low in calories and have nutritional value. While on vacation, I kept these in my purse for snacks on the go. The Zbars kept us going!
