We purchased this juicer for my 88-year-old grandparents, and could not be more pleased! This machine is very easy to set up (actually, it's more easy to use than the Jack Lalanne Power Juicer, which we also bought for comparison then returned). It has fewer parts to remove & clean, has a very simple-to-use toggle switch for turning the machine on, a HUGE pulp collection bin, and a handy cleaning brush for the micro-mesh filter basket. The only (slight) drawback is the "clamping arms" that hold all the components together -- they require a bit of effort to release, but my grandparents were still able to manage, so I guess it's OK. We were really impressed at how dry the pulp was, and at how easily it processed carrots & other "tough" veggies. The machine's color is also a benefit -- having owned a white one in the past, I highly recommend finding either a black or stainless machine to all you new juicers. Best bang for your juicing buck!
